Regulation

  1. Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the establishment. Outside, smokers are kindly requested not to throw cigarette butts on the ground and to be particularly cautious of the risk of fire.
  2. It is not permitted to use the lounges, dining rooms, terraces to consume food or drink not served by the establishment.
  3. Access and Parking

Tambor del Llano is located in a Natural Park, a highly protected area, in which the foundations of forestry areas are very restricted. For this reason, the access road and the parking area are made of compacted earth, which is more or less smooth and dry depending on the time of year and the rainfall. We apologise for any inconvenience that dust, mud or irregularities may cause you and please drive with caution.

The speed limit on the Tambor del Llano access road is 20 km/hour. We are not responsible for any damage that may be caused to your vehicle by careless driving or by other vehicles within the car park or on the access road.

  • Respect the silence of the place to make the stay of all guests more pleasant.
  • Deer and cattle are part of our environment and may come close to our accommodation. You may also encounter wild boar or foxes in the countryside. Enjoy their presence but do not disturb them or give them food.
  • We are surrounded by a variety of fauna. It is inevitable that insects, reptiles, small mammals or birds will enter the terraces, lounges or even the rooms. . To avoid incidents, we recommend that you always wear shoes and that you wear closed shoes outdoors. Please inform reception of any incident.
  • We are in a natural environment where electricity, water and drainage connections are complicated. We thank you to avoid waste. The electrical installation in your room is 220 volts. The drinking water is from a well, made drinkable with rigorous health controls.
  • Keep the door closed when you are in your room and when you leave it. We are not responsible for any missing items.
  • Keep your room key safe. Always hand it in at the reception desk when you leave the hotel establishment. Never show your room key in public places.
  • If you forget or lose your key, only the reception staff is authorised to provide you with a new copy to open your room.
  • Never allow people into your room, for services or with unsolicited deliveries.
  • For aesthetic reasons, please do not hang clothes over the balcony or terrace railings.
  • If you discover any damage or anomaly, please contact reception.
  • Respect room areas during night and nap times, and in general, avoid making unnecessary noise.
  • Please use the facilities appropriately, respecting the furniture and the environment, as well as the wild and farm animals.
  • Please respect the opening hours of all the hotel's facilities.
  • We would appreciate your participation in the event that during your stay in the hotel establishment, any emergency and evacuation drill is carried out.
  • The personal data of the Clients may be included in our files for purely promotional purposes, and may be accessed at any time for rectification, modification or total or partial cancellation by simply requesting it by any means to the hotel establishment, based on the provisions of Organic Law 15/1999, of 13 December, on the Protection of Personal Data.
  • Article 13 of Decree 47/2004, of 10 February 2004, on Hotel Establishments, BOJA No. 42, of 2 March 2004, the establishment has the following Internal Regulations which must be complied with by the establishment's clients.
  • Hotel establishments may have internal rules and regulations which lay down mandatory rules for users during their stay.
  • The owners of hotel establishments may request the assistance of law enforcement officers to evict users who do not comply with the internal regulations or who attempt to enter or remain in the establishment for purposes other than the normal use of the service, in accordance with the provisions of Art. 33.2 of this article.
  • Electric and gas appliances are not allowed in the rooms, with the sole exception of personal hygiene appliances such as shavers, hair dryers, etc.
  • Meals not served by the establishment are not allowed in the public areas and terraces or in the rooms.
  • Users are obliged to pay the amount of the services contracted at the time of presentation of the invoice.
  • Personal cheques are not accepted as payment of invoices.
  • In the event of having consumed a drink and being expelled for the reasons set out in point 1, the offender is obliged to pay for the drinks consumed as well as the costs of the defects caused.
  • A credit card guarantee of payment may be requested in advance for the services contracted, both for the total amount of the booking and for the extras.
  • The maximum number of people that can occupy a room corresponds to the number of beds contracted by the client: 2 in the double rooms or 3 in the triple rooms. A cot can be hired for babies. The stay of 3 people in a double room that has been contracted as a single room or 3 people in a triple room that has been contracted as a double room will not be allowed.
  • Tambor del LLano is not responsible for the possible loss or theft of money or valuables that are deposited in the rooms.
  • The hotel day begins at 12:00 noon on the first day of the contracted period and ends at 12:00 noon on the day of departure. On dates of maximum occupancy of the establishment, the availability of the accommodation unit to the user may be delayed for a period of time not exceeding two hours. If the occupancy is extended for longer than this, without prior agreement, an additional day's stay will be charged to the price of the room.
  • Room cleaning hours are from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm.
  • Breakfast timetable: In general the breakfast timetable will be from 8:00 to 10:00; special times may be arranged for clients or groups with special needs, linked to activities organised by the Tambor del LLano.
  • Other meals: Tambor del Llano will serve dinners to those guests who explicitly book it, on the basis of a fixed-price menu. Dinner times: from 20.30 to 22.00 hours. Other meal services can be arranged, such as snacks to take away or lunches for groups or individual guests.
  1. Guests of this accommodation are required to present their identification document at the time of admission to the hotel establishment.
  2. Each guest shall complete and sign an admission document stating the name, category and registration number of the establishment, number or identification of the accommodation unit, number of persons occupying the unit, meal plan, check-in and check-out dates, and the accommodation rate if the customer has contracted directly with the hotel establishment. The admission document, once signed, will be kept by the establishment.
  3. Persons shall be prevented from entering and/or remaining on the premises in the following cases:
  • When the established capacity has been completed with the users inside the establishment.
  • Access to the communal areas of the establishment is not permitted in swimming costume or with a bare torso. Please do not enter the interior with muddy riding boots or field boots.
  • When the person does not meet the minimum conditions of hygiene.
  • When the person manifests violent attitudes, in particular, when he/she behaves in an aggressive manner or provokes altercations, causes dangerous situations or disturbances to other attendees or service personnel.
  • When the person is carrying weapons and objects that could be used as such, unless, in accordance with the provisions of the specific regulations applicable at any given time, they are members of the Security Forces and Corps or private bodyguards belonging to private companies, and they enter the establishment in the exercise of their duties.
  • When the person is consuming drugs, narcotic or psychotropic substances, or shows signs of having consumed them, and those who show obvious signs or behaviour of being intoxicated. Likewise, it will be a cause for expulsion when they cause malicious damage to the facilities, scandal, noise, especially in the event of complaints from other users whose peace and privacy is disturbed. In such cases, the hotel may call upon the assistance of the competent police authorities.
  • A person who, while of sound mind, harasses, intimidates or humiliates service personnel shall also be liable to expulsion.
  • Access to the public areas of the establishment by persons accompanied by animals is prohibited, with the exception of persons accompanied by guide dogs in accordance with the provisions of Law 5/1998 of November concerning the use in Andalusia of guide dogs by visually impaired persons.
  • Guests accompanied by a dog may only use the ground floor rooms with direct access from the outside, and dogs must be kept on the terraces of these rooms or in another place agreed with the management of the establishment.

Pets of small and medium size (maximum 20 Kg) are allowed, always under the custody of their owners, and may not be loose in the enclosure or in the facilities due to the characteristics as an agricultural and livestock farm and because of the conditions as a Reserve and Natural Park.

In any case, the admission of pets is subject to the availability of the rooms equipped for this purpose, under previous request.

Pets are charged an additional cost per pet per day.

REGULATIONS FOR STAYS WITH PETS AT THE TAMBOR DEL LLANO HOTEL

  1. It is essential to inform the hotel in advance that the client will be accompanied by a pet, as well as the characteristics and type of pet. Except for dogs, cats and other small pets must be kept in cages or carriers.
  2. Pets are only allowed in rooms with direct access to the outside.
  3. Staying with a pet has an additional cost indicated in the corresponding rates, to cover the costs of cleaning, management and extra care that this entails. This surcharge does not entitle the client to request specific beds or utensils, which must be provided by the client, nor to use furniture or the bed and bath linen of the room for this purpose.
  4. The owner shall be liable for any damage caused by his pet to third parties and/or to the furniture and other furnishings of the hotel.
  5. The hotel admits a maximum of two pets per room. In order to stay at the hotel, pets must be of a certain weight and size, except in the case of assistance dogs: The maximum permitted weight of the animal is 20 kg.
  6. The housing of potentially dangerous dogs is not permitted in accordance with Law 50/1999 and other applicable regulations that develop it. .
  7. The guest shall ensure that pets do not disrupt or affect the peace and quiet of other guests.
  8. It is not allowed to leave the animal alone inside the room. They have a ring on the outside to keep the dog secured.
  9. The room will not be cleaned while your pet is inside.
  10. The pet owner is obliged to keep the pet in hygienic and sanitary conditions, as well as to dispose of the excrement and waste it generates.
  11. In compliance with health legislation, pets are not allowed in the dining room or common areas, with the exception of assistance dogs, which will do so under the legally established conditions (Law 10/2003).
  12. Pets are not allowed to stay in the swimming pool areas reserved for bathers, nor are pets allowed to bathe in the swimming pool, even during the swimming season or when the pool is closed.
  13. Please do not allow your pet to climb onto the couches or bed. Do not bathe your pets in the bathtubs or showers and do not use the towels on the premises to dry them.
  14. Booking at this hotel implies acceptance of these conditions.

LOW SEASON: January, February, November and December

  • If cancelled up to 5 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
  • If cancelled less than 5 days before the arrival date, the establishment will charge the amount of the first night.
  • In case of no-show or cancellation on the day of arrival, the establishment will charge 100% of the total amount of the reservation.
  • In case of change of dates of the reservation, 50% will be charged automatically and the rest at the end of the stay.

MID SEASON: March, April, May, October

  • If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
  • If cancelled less than 7 days before the arrival date, the establishment will charge the amount of the first night.
  • If cancelled less than 5 days before arrival or in case of no-show, 100% will be charged on the total amount of the reservation.
  • In case of change of dates of the reservation, 50% will be charged automatically and the rest at the end of the stay.

HIGH SEASON: June, July, August, September, Holidays and Bank Holidays.

  • Reservations cancelled 15 days or more prior to arrival date will not be charged.
  • Bookings cancelled less than 15 days prior to arrival date will incur a charge of 50%.
  • Bookings cancelled less than 7 days prior to arrival date will incur a charge of 100%.
  • In case of change of dates of the reservation, 50% will be charged automatically and the rest at the end of the stay.

PAYMENTS AND CANCELLATION FOR GROUP BOOKINGS (From an occupancy of 4 or more rooms)

PAYMENTS

  • 10% of payment at the time of booking.
  • 40% of the payment 30 days before the arrival of the group.
  • 50% of the payment 15 days before the arrival of the group.

CANCELLATIONS

  • Cancellation is free of charge if made 30 days before the booked date.
  • Cancellation less than 30 days prior to arrival will result in a charge of 50% of the accommodation rate for the entire booking.
  • Cancellation with less than 15 days notice is non-refundable and a 100% fee will be charged for the reservation.
  • In case of change of dates of the reservation, 50% will be charged automatically and the rest at the end of the stay.
