We cultivate respecting the natural processes of sowing and harvesting.. We plant seasonal vegetables in the open air, without using artificial chemicals, using natural fertilisers, compost and manure from the farm to increase the fertility of the soil.

The vegetable garden occupies a large area next to the pine forest next to the rural accommodation building.

The deep bed as a planting system. This method has been used since ancient times and has survived to the present day due to its good results, as it can increase the yield of the garden more than other systems. The key to the deep bed is that the soil is aerated, fluffy and spongy, so the roots of the crops develop better, as they have more space and it is easier to capture nutrients and water. This will provide greater health and vigour to the crops, which translates into a better response to possible pests and diseases.
