Accommodation

The building combines tradition and comfort.

An old farm building that has been restored and converted into rural accommodation for up to 22 people. We wanted to preserve the essential features of that origin, so the construction maintains an agricultural feel with industrial, minimalist and functional touches. Integrated into the landscape and surrounded by the cork oak grove, a long-lived pine forest and landscaped areas with native plants of the sierra.

LOW SEASON: January, February, November and December

  • If cancelled up to 5 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
  • If cancelled less than 5 days before the arrival date, the establishment will charge the amount of the first night.
  • In case of no-show or cancellation on the day of arrival, the establishment will charge 100% of the total amount of the reservation.
  • In case of change of dates of the reservation, 50% will be charged automatically and the rest at the end of the stay.

MID SEASON: March, April, May, October

  • If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
  • If cancelled less than 7 days before the arrival date, the establishment will charge the amount of the first night.
  • If cancelled less than 5 days before arrival or in case of no-show, 100% will be charged on the total amount of the reservation.
  • In case of change of dates of the reservation, 50% will be charged automatically and the rest at the end of the stay.

HIGH SEASON: June, July, August, September, Holidays and Bank Holidays.

  • Reservations cancelled 15 days or more prior to arrival date will not be charged.
  • Bookings cancelled less than 15 days prior to arrival date will incur a charge of 50%.
  • Bookings cancelled less than 7 days prior to arrival date will incur a charge of 100%.
  • In case of change of dates of the reservation, 50% will be charged automatically and the rest at the end of the stay.

PAYMENTS AND CANCELLATION FOR GROUP BOOKINGS (From an occupancy of 4 or more rooms)

PAYMENTS

  • 10% of payment at the time of booking.
  • 40% of the payment 30 days before the arrival of the group.
  • 50% of the payment 15 days before the arrival of the group.

CANCELLATIONS

  • Cancellation is free of charge if made 30 days before the booked date.
  • Cancellation less than 30 days prior to arrival will result in a charge of 50% of the accommodation rate for the entire booking.
  • Cancellation with less than 15 days notice is non-refundable and a 100% fee will be charged for the reservation.
  • In case of change of dates of the reservation, 50% will be charged automatically and the rest at the end of the stay.
