The Sierra de Grazalema Natural Park is home to more than 200 species of birds. The most representative species in the Park is the griffon vulture (Gyps fulvus). Its flights are spectacular, especially during the mating season.
- MEDITERRANEAN FOREST. Centenary forests inhabited by the golden woodpecker, the short-toed eagle or the always restless blackcap and blackcap.
- HIGH MOUNTAINS. The imposing limestone cliffs are home to griffon vultures, Bonelli's eagles, Egyptian vultures, black wheatears and solitary rock thrushes.
- COUNTRYSIDE. Loggerhead shrikes, kestrels, kestrels and vultures, among others, bring life to the extensive cereal meadows, olive groves and pastures of the sierra.
- WETLANDS. Marsh harriers fly over the flocks of flamingos, spoonbills and other waders, while hidden in the tarajal the waders sing.
