Routes 1+2 can be converted into a circular route (5 hours, visiting Grazalema).

After leaving the medieval road that leads away from the village, the path sticks to the limestone mountain, passing through some climbing areas, where it is common to find sportsmen perched on the vertical rocks (1).

The path passes over the Casa de Peñaloja farmhouse to reach the Puerto de las Cruces (2). There, the limestone sierras of Libar appear in front, just to the south, covered with holm oaks, and the smaller sierras ahead with softer sandstone reliefs, and covered with cork oaks. The path descends the pass, near the Villaluenga water supply. It runs near the Campobuches farmhouse and once it crosses the A-374 road, it takes the Cañada da Real Campobuches, to reach the Tambor del Llano, along the path of the river, between cork oaks, gall oaks and pastures.

When we reach the hamlet of Campobuches, under some trees, there is a gate on the other side of the road that allows us to access the path to the river and continue along the Campobuches ravine to the Tambor del Llano. We have to cross the river over some stones (3), and open a couple of gates, but the path is beautiful, with beautiful pools along the river, where we can rest in the shade of the large trees (4).

When we reach the large cork oak (5), we can enter the Tambor del Llano, through the main gate, turning off to the left along the path that avoids crossing the pine forest (6). To do this we turn left, up the hillside, to get very close to the main entrance lane to the estate. Once inside we can reach the hotel, following the red route inside (Peñas del Tambor) (7), to finish the route along the path instead of the track.

The routes TBLL1 and TBLL 2 can be linked and become a circular route to visit Grazalema, walking from the tambor. It takes about 5 hours to do this, so that you have time to enjoy the village.
